About Krill

Krill — Nature’s Gift for Your Health

Antarctic krill (scientific name: Euphausia superba), also known as large krill or Antarctic large krill, is a species of krill inhabiting the waters of the Southern Ocean around Antarctica. Its proven biomass is nearly 1 billion tons, with an annual catch potential of around 100 million tons—equivalent to the total annual global marine fishery harvest.

Antarctic krill are rich in high-quality protein, OMEGA-3, DHA, and all essential amino acids required by the human body, aligning with the ideal protein model proposed by FAO/WHO/UNU. Moreover, they contain numerous bioactive amino acid sequences, which, through specific hydrolysis methods, can yield highly active protein peptides.
